These terms apply to the website and its related features, including token creation, launch workflows, liquidity setup, wallet-connected actions, copy-trader tooling, wallet tracking, token-site tools, launch visibility features, and related utility workflows.

Eligibility and lawful use

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of SOLvend is lawful in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activity.

Platform scope

SOLvend provides software tools, workflow interfaces, and informational utility layers. The platform does not guarantee any particular token launch outcome, liquidity result, trading result, market performance, listing, discoverability, profitability, or business outcome.

Non-custodial use

SOLvend is designed around wallet-signed and user-authorized actions. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, balances, addresses, token mints, transaction approvals, and all blockchain actions you authorize.

Fees and blockchain costs

Certain features may involve platform fees, blockchain network fees, rent costs, third-party service costs, slippage, or other transaction-related costs. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting all costs before proceeding.

User responsibility

You are responsible for verifying the correctness of data, contract addresses, wallet addresses, token metadata, liquidity parameters, tracked wallets, and transaction details before approving any action.

Copy-trader and tracking tools

Any copy-trader, wallet-tracking, or trader-following tools are provided as optional utility features only. They do not guarantee matching trades, timing parity, identical execution, token access, fills, profitability, or performance.

Third-party services

SOLvend may depend on third-party wallets, RPC providers, storage services, analytics providers, blockchain infrastructure, market-data sources, and other external services. We are not responsible for failures, delays, outages, or inaccuracies caused by third parties.

No warranty and limitation of liability

SOLvend is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLvend disclaims warranties of any kind and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms
